WELCOME ABOARD

A word from the C.O.

To our Marines, their families, and friends of the Don Davis Squadron:

We are finalizing our agenda/reunion package and are extremely excited for you to join us March 4-7 2027, at the Double Tree by Hilton New Bern-Riverfront in New Bern, North Carolina!

Our schedule includes Thursday’s icebreaker, Friday activities, Saturday morning’s Executive Round table with new guests, the Business Meeting, and of course our evening banquet and awards program. Two of 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing’s finest will be recognized for their achievement. While still TBD, our Guest of Honor will certainly inspire our Logisticians and attendees.

As in past reunions, we will have our Silent Auction that raises critical funds for the Pete Freeman Academic Scholarship, so please consider a unique item/s to help the cause. The CO’s Challenge remains in effect and has contributed significantly to the operation of this Squadron.

This package has been highly automated to ease the registration process. Please read in its entirety. We have also created an on-line registration capability on our website at https://www.avlogmarines.org/reunion2027/. You can automatically register and pay on this page. Without spoiling the surprise, we have a special gift for all who register.

The enclosed itinerary has been tirelessly planned by the Squadron Officers and is designed to exceed expectations for all who participate.

Dana and I encourage you to join us for this history rich tradition! I ask that you register as soon as you receive your packet to assist our Officers with the planning and execution. Numbers matter, so I again ask that you register early and communicate your special requests to me or my staff.
