The MCAA Don E. Davis Squadron, CWO-5 John Cash Award for sustained superior achievement is presented at the discretion of the incumbent officers and their board in recognition of exceptionally outstanding leadership, contributions, professional competence, and significant accomplishment over a sustained period of time in the field of Marine aviation logistics. Such achievements must be of notable Community of Interest or Marine Corps Aviation Association significance and have made an important contribution to the advancement of aviation logistics interests.
